Dr Saema has great interpersonal skills and after each visit I always come away feeling I have been listened to and my concerns have been addressed. My condition has involved many uncertainties and she has on all occasions taken the time and trouble to explain what investigations she is carrying out and why. She also always explains test results and what they actually mean. As a result I have felt at all times that I am being seen and treated by a competent doctor.

The doctor was patient, attentive and accommodating. Her explain was simple and clear to understand. Her attention to details is very encouraging and will hope she keep it that way. Even though this is my first attendance in her service she come across with an affable personality and approach and advise is assuring. The action plan going forward is what is expected but which is not sometime with other practitioner. This is a positive observation of this doctor and it seem she took genuine interest in my health delivery.
